On October 24 and 25, 2026, Shenzhen Z-He Global Co., Ltd. visited the 140th Canton Fair in Guangzhou together with its Mexican partner client, using the two days to review suppliers and open up new sourcing opportunities.
The visit fell within Phase 2 of the 140th Canton Fair, whose exhibits centred on houseware, gifts and decorations, ceramics, kitchenware, building materials and furniture — the sections most closely tied to household and consumer demand in overseas markets.
The visit was run as a joint working session rather than a routine walk through the exhibition halls. Accompanied by our team, the client reviewed booths across several product categories, compared samples and specifications, and met suppliers face to face to discuss pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times and quality control. Our staff handled interpretation, supplier screening and commercial follow-up on site, so that shortlisted options could be measured against the client’s own market requirements. Held twice a year in Guangzhou, the Canton Fair remains the most efficient single venue for overseas buyers to compare Chinese suppliers in person.
Both sides used the meetings to align on product direction and next steps, and sample requests and quotation follow-ups were already underway after the fair.
For Z-He Global, accompanying a long-standing overseas client at China’s largest trade exhibition reflects its role as a sourcing and coordination partner: consolidating suppliers, verifying capability on the ground and turning exhibition contacts into practical supply chain options.
